Agile Urgent Care understands the importance of careful and skilled physical exams for people whose livelihood depends upon them. Since there are many careers that require yearly physicals as a prerequisite to continued employment, we do not take the process lightly.
Our facility is familiar with the requirements of many types of specialized physical exams. Extensive exams are given for advanced and professional needs. General physical exams are also available for pre-employment or other purposes. Full physical exams are available for clearance to participate in competitive, intramural, or other sporting activities.
We are happy to provide all required documentation customized to the type of physical performed.
Agile Urgent Care offers companies a full range of occupational medicine services, including customizable physicals for first responders (fire, police, law enforcement, EMS, etc.). We also perform vision and hearing screenings and Department of Transportation (DOT) and commercial driver’s license (CDL) physicals for truck drivers and transportation workers.
At Agile Urgent Care, we typically do not make appointments for patients as it is a walk-in clinic with little to no wait time. However, we do encourage our patients to pre-register online so they can reduce the time it takes to check-in at the facility.

For your convenience, we are open extended hours from 9am to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on weekends and holidays to fit your schedule.

At Agile Urgent Care, we treat all injuries and illnesses that are not life-threatening. If you have any questions about whether you should come in for your injury or illness, please call us at 201-381-4800.
We kindly ask that you bring with you during your visit a form of identification (Identification Card, Drivers License, or Passport), Insurance Card, and a form of payment (cash or credit card).
Agile Urgent Care is able to perform a variety of onsite testing, including blood tests and X-ray.
Your insurance plan has strict guidelines as to where each test can be performed, and our staff will help you choose the option that best fits your needs. If Agile Urgent Care is an approved site, we will perform the test during your visit or schedule a follow-up visit to do so.
